At Liverpool Removals LTD, we’re committed to providing reliable and professional removal services. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to handle cancellations and refunds fairly and transparently.
1. Cancellations & Refund Eligibility
We do not accept cancellations under any conditions:
❌ No refund provided. A late cancellation fee may apply to cover scheduling and staffing costs.
2. Rescheduling Policy
We understand that moving plans may need to change. You may reschedule your service once free of charge if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
Further reschedules or those requested with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a rescheduling fee.
3. Refunds for Service Issues
If you believe there was an issue with the service you received (e.g. delays, damage, incomplete job), please contact us within 48 hours of the completed move.
We may offer a partial refund, service credit, or alternative resolution depending on the situation. Any claims related to damage must include photo evidence and supporting documentation.
4. Non-Refundable Costs
Please note that certain costs are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Booking fees or admin charges (if applicable)
Third-party service fees (e.g. storage, tolls, etc.)
Costs already incurred by our team (e.g. travel expenses, labor time)
